INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: Vegetables 46% (tomatoes, onions, zucchini, potatoes), water, vegetables 15% (green beans, peas), tomato sauce, 4% extra virgin olive oil, potato starch, salt, rosemary 0.1% , thyme 0.1%, sage 0.05%, marjoram 0.01%.

May contain gluten, lactose, eggs, fish, soy, nuts, sesame seeds and mustard.

PREPARATION

1 – Choose 300g of meat.

You can choose between beef or veal. Cut the meat into strips and flour it. Heat 2/3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and brown the meat for about 6/7 min. over medium heat until homogeneous cooking.

 

2 – Add the ready to use veg base.

Open the vegetable base “È quasi pronto” – with rosemary, thyme, sage and marjoram – and add it to the meat in the pan. Heat and mix gently for about 4 minutes, salt to taste.

 

3 – Add a creative touch.

Alternatively, try replacing the strips with veal or beef patties. Are you vegan? Choose tofu or seitan cubes.

STORING

Store in refrigerator between +2°C and +6°C

Once open, store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours of opening, or by expiry date.

PREPARATION

You can choose between fillets of sea bass, cod and perch. Heat 2/3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and cook the fish in a pan about one minute per side until it is evenly cooked. Then keep them warm separately.

 

2 – Add the ready to use veg base

In the same pan, add the base “È quasi pronto” – with green olives, capers and tomato – and heat it for 2 min. Then add the fish fillets and heat for about 3 minutes, salt to taste.

 

3 – Add a creative touch

For a more creamy result, flour the fillets. For a fresher taste, add chopped parsley or lemon zest.

You can replace the pork with chicken nuggets. For a more decisive taste, add to the finished dish the soy sauce and toasted almonds.
